POSITION: Senior Logistics Analyst

LOCATION: Unibams Trading, Inc. dba Unice / Unice Hair - 9820 Bell Ranch Drive Suite 101, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670

DUTIES: Oversee the distribution and transportation of goods from the manufacturers to the consumers. Collect & analyze logistics data to optimize the supply chain system. Develop methods and models for more efficient and effective data analysis process. Apply analytic methods or tools to understand, predict, and control supply chain processes. Cooperate with local sales teams and overseas production teams to maintain supply chain efficiency and minimize logistics cost. Enhance inventory level to maintain customer service standard with minimal logistics cost. Optimize warehouse layout to improve the logistics process. Generate reports on logistics performance measures. Track product flow from original to final delivery to computer reporting metrics. Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports or customer issues. Review impact of logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or carriers. Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with all connected with the logistics process. Support new business initiatives and projects and contribute to review meetings and change process. Ensure effective logistics implementation takes place relating to the changes.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Master’s Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 1 year (experience as Logistician/Logistics Analyst and Market/Development Analyst acceptable)
